If you have arrived at this page you probably have a good idea of what we do and why we do it. But just in case…

ITE EcoPrograms connect kids with their community through experiences in nature. Kids 12-18 experience a holistic view of community where the natural and human world is integrated. Sustainability practices, youth wellness, character development and community action strands are weaved through every aspect of ITE programming. In-depth programs with cohorts of 10-12 kids per program result in safe, authentic and empowering experiences that can last a lifetime.

3 Ways to Empower Tucson Teens!

EcoProgram Donations: Donating to ITE EcoPrograms allow us flexibility to cover essential equipment, transportation, personel and other overhead cost realted to getting teens into the backcountry.

Scholarship Fund: Create your very own, family or company Scholarship Fund – or donate to an existing ITE Scholarship Fund. Scholarships provide opportunity for all teens ages 12-18 to participate in ITE programming no matter what their financial situation.

You will be notified when your funds from your scholarship is awarded to a qualified teen.

Wish List: Would you like to share a holiday gift that may serve hundreds of teens? We have a specific list of items which you may peruse purchase and donate. Each of these items have an estimated value that will be added to your total contribution over time!

Wish list items range from relatively inexpensive to expensive but all gifts are received with sincere appreciation and are guaranteed to have immediate use and impact!
